Our beef is Shorthom and Shorthorn Crosses, noted for superior marbling and flavour. The cattle are Grass-fed on pasture, hay and grain in winter. We don’t use any by-products or antibiotics or steroids. All of our beef are raised and finished on this farm and sent on same day to a local butcher, reducing stress. Nos boeufs shorthorn et shorthorn cross, reconnus pour leur marbré et leur saveur supérieure, sont élevés naturellement et nourris à l’herbe au pasturage et au foin et grain en l’hiver. Nous n’utilisons pas les produits dérivés, les antibiotiques ou les stéroïdes. Tous les boeufs sont élevés et finis sur cette ferme, et envoyés à une boucherie locale le même jour, réduisant ainsi le stress.
